DAP Bandar Subang Jaya

The DAP or Democratic Action Party was founded on 18th March 1966. Using its symbol of the ROCKET, DAP contested candidate Hannah Yeoh Tseow Suan for the N31 Subang Jaya state seat and won on 8th March 2008, with a majority of approximately 70% (majority of 13,851 votes), winning 23,459 of the 33,067 votes casted.

The DAP is committed to the struggle for a free, democratic Malaysian Malaysia, based on the principles of human rights, equality, social and economic justice, and founded on the institution of parliamentary democracy.
